Serioplast has given me the opportunity to develop my professional skills in the area which I am passionate of, starting from an internship role within one of the group’s plant. I had the chance to meet people that invested on me and on my potential. Now I can develop continuous improvement projects on a global scale.

Seriomac gave me the opportunity to grow not only professionally but also personally. I entered the automation field working on sophisticated and complex machinery and I had the opportunity to travel to other countries and collaborate with skilled people from all over the world.

The company gave me the most important thing: the opportunity to create a career path and develop my technical and managerial skills. Every challenge has shaped me also from a personal point of view and every effort and hard work has rewarded me and the wonderful team with whom I have reached successful achievements.

I started my career as a technologist and over the years thanks to hard work I was able to manage challenging projects and increase my technical skills. Every day is a new adventure that I am proud to share with a wonderful team.

Serioplast is a young and dynamic Group, where constant collaboration is required to face everyday's challenges. What I treasure the most is the engagement, open mindset, and growth opportunities as well as development projects. I am very lucky to be able to gain experience while I'm still studying for my master’s degree.

When I joined Serioplast I started an exciting journey that has been both challenging and rewarding. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working in several operational plants, including a valuable experience abroad in the US in 2020 that has played a crucial role in shaping my professional development. In 2022, I joined the Headquarters and since then I have been leveraging my supply chain skills to coordinate and supervise Logistic Teams on a Global scale.

Joining Serioplast during the startup of a new plant was an exciting and gratifying experience. As I have grown with the plant, it continues to be a rewarding atmosphere with projects and challenges that continually keep our team engaged and constantly learning and growing.

Serioplast gave me the opportunity to manage the ownership of the plant’s life. Being involved in many projects and working with different people has enriched my skills and experience. I feel part of a big family. I have faced many challenges in all these years and I have gained a lot of satisfaction!

I started working in Seriomac four years ago in the procurement department. I would have never imagined learning so much in such a short period of time. Serioplast is a fast-moving group and therefore your contribution is essential from the first day.
